• To help your appointment go more smooth please see our appointment checklist prior to your appointment. Not having all necessary documents at the time of your appointment can cause delays in completing your tax return.

• Please contact our office on ways to get your documents to your tax professional if your tax appointment is being done via phone, zoom etc.

• You may drop your documents off at our office in-person during business hours. Our receptionist will make copies of your documents if needed. Please do not drop off your original documents. If you need our receptionist to make copies for you, please allow time for them to do so.

• If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please call our office at (916) 573-4829. Note that rescheduled appointments will likely be on an extension basis. You will be subject to a $25 rebooking fee if our office is not given a 48-hour notice of any changed or missed appointments.
